You can upload all digital files by dragging the files to the "Add your files" box to the right or you can click on the select files button and select files in your computer.
If you are to film or take pictures with your phone or pad please record in the landscape mode. (the phone or pad sideways) Taking video in the portrait mode (the phone or pad up and down) will not allow the video to fit properly on the screen.
Files that are made or imported by IMovie cannot be accepted.
In the "Optional Message" box please list gymnasts name, level and gym. If there is a problem with your files we will contact you by email.
